I totally agree with NY guy on this one... Mike (The Rat) is a bitter coach that couldn't control something in the offseason now that his control is in effect ....he is applying that power to 1 player that held out.... No player should be punished for holding out and that is a good point on Brett Favre, But I think players that hold out aren't "TRUE" football players cause it's more about the money for them. Like Sam Bradford getting 50 Million dollars guaranteed money and hasn't done NOTHING is CRAZY!!!... I thought the 32 million that JA-BUSTO robbed from the Raiders for some sizzurp was bad geez... But Haynesworth holdout isn't about money it's about scheme of play... A legit reason... He doesn't want to take a pounding in the 3-4 scheme and have reduced numbers to make his value go down and risk factor go up.... "The Rat" is a joke can't stand that guy!
Here is my take on all this. Albert Haynesworth and Darelle Revis can't be compared for a couple reasons, #1 Albert has already got his big payday and Revis is looking for his big payday, #2 Revis shows up and plays with maximum effort every time he steps on the field and you can't say that about big Al. What do you think about Big Al sitting out for almost a week b/c of a bum knee that an MRI found to have no damage? Then less than 24 hours later the guy goes out and passes the test. Who is his doctor, Anthony Galea?
