Shango...I agree with the original argument but not some of your facts. I think the mistakes on the offensive side of the ball and the LACK of chemistry ABSOLUTELY falls at the feet of the HEAD COACH. Sure Jason Garrett deserves SOME blame but the head coach is responsible for all of it.
But overall I agree that Philips SHOULD be back next season no matter the outcome this season.
gman your wrong about the chemistry. I am on the basketball team at my school and we suck, we have so many talented guys but are chem. is also off. It has nothing to do with the coach, it's because the players aren't willing.
I agree with you that it is on the players. But Shango made the argument that the lack of offensive chemistry is on Jason Garrett's shoulders and I disagree...I think the head coach deserves that blame.
But you are right...chemistry comes down to the players and when you have TO on your team good chemistry is not possible.
